loved ones—and we’re dedicated to you. Our pay-as-you-go fee helps us do that, along with facilitating WeBookCare’s 24/7 Care Coordination Team, important site maintenance, and feature improvements. WeBookCare charges a 10% service fee on gross Health Care Worker earnings. Fees allow WeBookCare to operate and continually make improvements based on the needs of our growing care community.
Basic Plan Payroll Subscription: Subscribe for full continuous access to all tools and basic features to manage payroll for one employee.
Pricing:
$59 for one month.
$89 for three months ($26.99/month).
$179 for twelve months ($14.99/month).
Premium Plan Payroll Subscription: Supports payroll for more than one employee.
Pricing:
$49.00 per month.
$79 for three months ($29.99/month).
$159 for twelve months ($13.99/month).

How do I review the service fee charged for a particular job?
Are there any other charges?
WeBookCare collects a 5% Goods and Services Tax (GST) for services through its site and a 3% payment processing fee. WeBookCare is not responsible for the collection of payments that are not incorporated into your invoice.
What is the WeBookCare policy for collecting fees in person?
Receiving payment through WeBookCare is cashless, convenient, and keeps your personal details safe and secure. Paying outside of WeBookCare’s system can put you at risk for fraud or allegations of theft. Never give money to a Health Care Worker. Or anyone for that matter. We don't want Health Care Workers to be blamed for stealing money when they haven’t. If you do have out-of-pocket expenses that need to be reimbursed, you can send and receive money through the WeBookCare app so you have peace of mind with our built-in security features. You can manage jobs, work out care details and rates all through your WeBookCare account.
Is the WeBookCare service fee refundable?
