Messaging on WeBookCare starts when a Care Seeker makes an inquiry. After that, all messages related to that inquiry appear in your Inbox. You must be logged in to your WeBookCare account to read or send messages.
To read or send a message
When you go to your Inbox, you can send and read all messages and find the following info under the My Jobs menu.
- A link to the Health Care Worker’s profile including the number of reviews, badges, verification, and profile details
- Job and payment details such as the time and date of care services, the Care Recipient's care plan and location.
- Events such as pending, current, upcoming, completed, and cancelled jobs that are noted in the calendar

WeBookCare Tip: If a message makes you feel uncomfortable or someone tries to get you to pay outside of WeBookCare, please report the user by contacting WeBookCare Customer Support.
