How can I contact a Health Care Worker?

There are a couple of different ways to contact a Health Care Worker. Check out the instructions below!

To message the Health Care Worker before a job starts

If you want to contact a Health Care Worker before a job is offered, send them a message on WeBookCare. Make sure you review the profile to clarify anything you need from the Health Care Worker. For your safety and privacy, you can’t call Health Care Workers before they accept a job. Learn more about why it’s good to keep communication and transactions on WeBookCare.

After your job is accepted

Once your job is accepted, you can message the Health Care Worker to communicate with them until the job has ended.  You can reach the Health Care Worker by going to your Messages or your Inbox, finding the job in your Calendar or My Jobs , and contacting the Health Care Worker from there. 

After your job has ended

After a job, you can send a message to your Health Care Worker by going to your Messages or your Calendar, and finding the job under Completed.  If you have anything you need to follow up with them about. If you have any issues that you need to resolve, you can work through the payment issues by contacting WeBookCare Customer Support.
