Two-factor authentication usually requires something you know (a password) and something you have (your cell phone etc.). The point of text-message verification is to confirm possession of your phone, not to have you make contact. To verify your mobile number:

1. Enter the text-message with four-digit verification code sent from WeBookCare to confirm possession of your phone

What is email verification?

Email verification is the process of making sure your email is tied to your inbox, log in details, and with notifications. In other words, it's making sure that the messages WeBookCare is sending have somewhere to go. To verify your email address: 

1. Go to your email Inbox
2. Enter the email verification code provided to confirm your email address in the mobile app or web-based app.
