If you've forgotten your password, never created one, or you're having trouble logging in to your WeBookCare account, you’ll need to reset your password. If you know your password, you can change it anytime you like.
Resetting your password on your smart phone
- Go to Login to access your account. Do not create an account.
2. Next, select if you are a Caregiver or a Care Seeker
3. Enter your email address
4. Select Forgot Password?
5. Check your email. A verification code has been sent to reset your password.
6. Enter the verification code in the field provided
7. Select Verify and enter your new password, making sure your password matches
8. Lastly, select Reset Password.
Note: Verification codes are time sensitive and for one-time use
If you requested the verification code more than once, make sure you're referencing the most recent email. You may need to disable your email service's link preview (e.g., Outlook) or mail scanner feature, which could cause the link to expire before you open it
Resetting your password on your desktop computer
- Go to Login Now to access your account. Top right corner. Do not select Create your Account
2. Next, select if you are a Caregiver or a Care Seeker
3. Enter your email address
4. Select Forgot Password?
5. Enter your email address and select Reset Password
6. Check your email. A reset password link will be sent.
7. Click on Reset Password
8. Lastly, enter your new password twice to confirm. Select Reset Password
Changing your password
If you know your current password, and you want to change it:
- Go to Update Profile.
- Update your contact information
- Enter your new password in the field provided. Make sure your password is correct.
- If it’s incorrect, add the correct password, select Update.
