How do I edit my profile’s address or care location?

Providing your address provides general information about your location on Google Maps. 

Editing your address

To edit your Health Care Worker address

• Go to Profile.
• Select Current Home Address
• Enter your new home address in the field provided. Make sure your address is correct.
• If it’s incorrect, add the correct address, select Update.

To edit your home care location

• Go to Profile
• Select, Where do you need home care
• Enter the new home care location,
• Click or tap, Update

To edit your Care Seeker address

• Go to Profile
• Select, Update your profile
• Enter your new address
• Click or tap, Update

Is the home care location shown on WeBookCare?

Once a job is accepted, the home care location will be shared with the Health Care Worker.
