How do I change the email address I use for WeBookCare?

For Care Seekers

To change the email address, you use for your WeBookCare account:

1. Go to Profile
2. In the Update your profile section, click or tap Email address
3. Change your email address, scroll to the bottom of page, and click or tap Update

For Health Care Workers

1. Go to Profile
2. Select, Health Care Worker Profile
3. Next, select Update your contact information
4. Click or tap Email address
5. Change your email address, scroll to the bottom of page, and click or tap Update

Note: Your email address can only be associated with one WeBookCare account at a time. If you get a notification that your email address is already in use, but you can't remember your password for that account, you can reset your password.
