Inquiry
A Care Seeker sent a message to a Health Care Worker but hasn't submitted a job offer. To find messages, go to your Inbox. Find out how to contact a Health Care Worker or Care Seeker before starting.
Pending
A Care Seeker has contacted the Health Care Worker about the job offer and is waiting for the Health Care Worker to respond to the offer. In response, the Health Care Worker has 24 hours to send a message, accept or decline the pending job offer. To find pending job offers, go to your Inbox or Calendar and select Pending.
Upcoming
A Health Care Worker accepted a Care Seeker's job offer. WeBookCare has collected payment from the Care Seeker and the job is scheduled! To find upcoming jobs, go to your Calendar and select Upcoming. Find out when to communicate with your Care Seeker.
Current
A Health Care Worker has accepted a Care Seeker’s job offer and care services are underway. Check your current schedule in the Calendar menu and select Current.
Completed
The Health Care Worker has ended the visit and it has moved to completed. To access payments from completed jobs, go to your Calendar and select Completed. Under Details, you will see the payment breakdown. To view and manage your payouts, you can also log into your Stripe account.
Pending Request Declined
A Health Care Worker declined a Care Seeker job offer. No charge is made to the Care Seeker. If the Care Seeker is still interested in sending a job offer, they will need to submit a new request with a different offer.
Cancelled
A Care Seeker cancelled an upcoming job or shift.
