How do I edit phone numbers on my account?

For Care Seekers

To change the phone number you use for your WeBookCare account:

1. Go to Profile
2. In the Update your profile section, click or tap on your phone number
3. Change your phone number, scroll to the bottom of page, and click or tap Send Verification Code
4. You'll receive a text with a verification code to verify your phone number
5. Enter the verification code in the field provided
6. Select Verify Phone Number

For Health Care Workers

1. Go to Profile
2. Select, Health Care Worker Profile
3. Next, select Update your contact information
4. In the Update your profile section, click or tap on your phone number
5. Change your phone number, scroll to the bottom of page, and click or tap Send Verification Code
6. You'll receive a text with a verification code to verify your phone number
7. Enter the verification code in the field provided
8. Select Verify Phone Number

Note: After a booking is accepted, all phone numbers on an account will be displayed to the other party, whether you're a Health Care Worker or Care Seeker.
