Clocking in and out, charting and incident reporting play an important role in building trust between Health Care Workers and Care Seekers to demonstrate a commitment to the well-being of the Care Recipient. Care Seekers can rely on Health Care Workers to be their eyes and ears and can contact them directly through WeBookCare messages. It's beneficial to have direct communication with the Care Seeker to:
- Reemphasize you are coming
- Check in once arrived at the care location
- Review special details
- Communicate your expectations
- Share how the visit went
- Chart what tasks were completed
- Share concerns and suggestions
- Provide clarification
