Profile Badges
The Badges displayed on WeBookCare search results and Health Care Worker profile pages are visual symbols of Health Care Workers that go above and beyond to provide great care services to their Care Seekers. The most important Badges are for enhanced criminal record checks and credentials.
Background Checks
You get a Verified background check badge by completing the enhanced criminal record check with our third-party screening vendor. WeBookCare offers a variety of advanced background checks as an opportunity to add trust and credibility to your Health Care Worker profile and attract new jobs to your care services. Vehicle Business Insurance
Health Care Workers often drive their own cars to and from care locations. In some cases, Health Care Workers may run errands for Care Recipients or take the Care Recipient on an outing or to an appointment. If an accident occurs, you want to be protected with vehicle business insurance when using your vehicle for work. The Badges displayed on WeBookCare search results and Health Care Worker profile pages are visual symbols of a Health Care Worker's reassurance to help and commitment to high-quality care. Get Badges and get job offers because you have the qualifications and credentials to give Care Recipients the excellent care they expect and deserve.
Education
Show off your credentials. You have worked hard for them. Even if you think your credentials are not relevant to your job, it helps Care Seekers to learn about your educational background, skills and interests. Don’t be afraid to brag.

Health and Wellness
Health Care Workers tend to take care of everyone else in their lives, at the expense of their own health. Show Care Seekers that you are medically, physically, and psychologically fit to work as a WeBookCare Health Care Worker. Make sure your TB Test and Immunizations/Vaccinations are up to date and applicable for work. One purpose of a medical clearance is to assess your personal risk(s) related to exposure to infectious diseases and lowering your risk of a workplace injury.
Highlight the following:
- Vaccinations
- Medical Clearance
- TB X-Ray (less than one year)
Owns a Car
Health Care Workers who own a car can aid with working multiple care locations and running errands as it can be difficult for vulnerable individuals to set time aside or perform physical tasks. Transportation to and from appointments, social occasions may also be needed when the Care Recipient can no longer drive.
Number of Jobs
Help those in need selflessly and earn loyal clients. If repeat jobs are coming back to you again and again, that tells WeBookCare you’re doing a great job. Care Seekers want to know they too will feel secure, protected, and cared for. If a Care Seeker offers a job or pay you outside of WeBookCare, just say, “No thanks.” Explain to the Care Seeker the benefits of working through WeBookCare, including access to Care Seekers looking for care, secure messaging, online payments, 24/7 customer support, and that it's required in WeBookCare's Terms of Use.
Experience
Health Care Workers are more likely to be successful in getting jobs if they can show work experience. Fact. Previous experience helps Health Care Workers to be chosen more often during Care Seeker searches and have a better chance of getting a job. Your experience shows evidence that Health Care Workers have done the work and you are ready to be of service in any circumstance.
