Why do I need to add an emergency contact?

Emergency contact information is just that – the identity of the person to call in case of emergency.  Unfortunately, emergencies happen.  You may need to contact the Care Seeker or any other trusted contact and inform them of what happened if there is an incident. You can find the Care Recipient's' emergency contact information in their profile.
