When your payment method is added to the WeBookCare app upon sign-up, Stripe allows you to receive WeBookCare payouts directly to your bank account.
Processing time
After you have clocked out and completed your shift, it takes some additional time for the money to get to you. The average processing time for you to receive funds depends on several factors. You won’t receive your first payout until 7–14 days after receiving your first successful shift. The first payout usually takes a little longer to establish the Stripe account. Processing subsequent payouts then happens according to your completed shift submissions.
After WeBookCare releases your first payment, Stripe typically delivers the funds to your account within 2 business days if you've clocked in and out.

Where do I find my payout information?
As you earn money, we'll send payments to your bank account. You can track when you'll receive each payment in your Stripe dashboard. You can also track your earnings right in your WeBookCare account. If you have any additional questions about when your payments are arriving or how much you're receiving, please reach out to WeBookCare's Customer Support Centre
Completed payouts
To review payouts that have been released by WeBookCare, check out the My Earnings menu in your profile where payout dates represent each payout that has been sent to you in Completed. If you have multiple jobs that begin on the same day, any payouts will display as one date, because they were paid out together.
Upcoming payouts
To review your upcoming payouts, adjustments, or fees, check out the My Earnings menu in your profile. You'll see upcoming jobs, which show future release dates under Upcoming.
Gross earnings
For each job, the gross earning amount is the price of the payout total. Earnings will appear in the My Earnings menu after the payout for that job has been released.
How do I access my income for tax purposes?
You can view summary reports in the Stripe dashboard or download itemized transaction data as a CSV file. To get started, find the report that matches your need. You can:
- Download monthly transaction history
- View monthly totals by transaction category
- Reconcile your Stripe balance like a bank account
- Download a list of your payouts
Can I choose my payout currency?
The currency you’re paid in is based on the country and method you selected when you first added your payout method. This can be different from the local currency of your account. You can check the currency of your payout method(s) under My Earnings or in your Stripe dashboard.
Weekend or holiday delays
Many banking systems don't process transactions on weekends or holidays. If your payout from WeBookCare is completed between Friday and Sunday, it might not be processed until the next week. If you have any questions about processing time after your WeBookCare transaction history shows a payout as completed, contact Stripe directly.
How do I calculate my payout?
The payout you receive for a job is your rate, plus any incidental expenses multiplied by your hours worked. To view information about any of your payouts, look up payment details under My Earnings.
If your payout doesn’t seem to match your set rate
Your rates are always up to you. Here are some things that can impact your payout:
- Routing rules or minimum payout amounts: If you set up routing rules or a minimum payout amount, those settings will apply
- Adjustment fee: You may have initiated a refund to your Care Seeker or, a previous job was cancelled.
