How do I update my personal details?

To update your personal details:

• Go to your Health Care Worker Profile
• Next, select Personal Details
• After your changes, select Save & Continue.

Edits don't apply to upcoming jobs that were already accepted. Changes may take up to 24 hours to appear on your public profile.

Note: A name change would not necessarily need another enhanced criminal record search or another background check unless your Criminal Record status has changed, and you were charged/convicted of a new offense.
