WeBookCare only releases contact information for Health Care Workers and Care Seekers after a job is accepted. If a Care Seeker requests a meeting before that, encourage them to review your profile and photos, and be available to answer any additional questions they have about your care services. Scheduling, messaging, clocking in and out, and payments also need to be made directly through the WeBookCare platform.
