How do I contact a Care Seeker before accepting a job?

If you want to contact a Care Seeker before accepting a job offer, send them a message on WeBookCare. Make sure to review the job offer to clarify anything you need from the Care Seeker. Once you accept the job offer, you can message or call the Care Seeker to communicate with them until the job has ended.

To message a Care Seeker before accepting a job offer

• Log in to your account and go to your Inbox message for the Care Seeker you want to contact.
• Next, select the message thread.

Check out the Care Seeker’s profile and what to expect from your Care Seeker. If you still want to contact your Care Seeker, select the Send Message button. For your safety and privacy, you can’t call Care Seekers before you accept the job offer. Learn more about why it’s good to keep communication and transactions on WeBookCare.

After your job offer has been accepted

If you have an accepted job offer, you can reach the Care Seeker by going to My Jobs, finding the job under Upcoming and contacting the Care Seeker from there. You'll find the Care Seeker’s phone number in their profile for your job, where you can also continue to send messages.

After your job has ended

After a job, you can send a message to your Care Seeker from your Inbox or by going to My Jobs and finding the job under Completed if you have anything you need to follow up with them about. If you have any issues that you need to resolve, we encourage you can work through payment issues with the Care Seeker.
