You can always decline any job offer that you can’t accommodate, but you should do so within 24 hours. Whether you accept or decline, the amount of time it takes you to respond to requests is factored into your response rate. Let the Care Seeker know why you rejected their job offer from the drop-down menu of reasons. Rejecting many offers can have an impact on subsequent search results, as well as job acceptance rates. When you decline a job offer, you can choose to keep the calendar dates unavailable or make them available for someone else. Update your calendar regularly so you'll only receive job offers when you're able to help. If you change your mind and would like to accommodate a job offer you declined, ask the Care Seeker to send a new offer.
