Yes, both Care Seekers and Caregivers can decline a cancellation request to keep a booking as-is. Care Seekers and Caregivers may request a cancellation if they’d like to make changes to a confirmed booking. If you want to change a confirmed booking, then ask the Care Seeker to cancel the current booking and send a new request. If you decline, the previous booking, details will stay confirmed. If the rate changes because of your requested changes, the charge or refund will be processed immediately after you accept the changes.
