Can Care Seekers cancel current jobs?

Care Seekers can’t cancel current jobs unless they reasonably believe, and we confirm based on a review of available evidence such as message threads or previous reviews that mention care services, that the care services are different than what was expected. Examples include:

 (a) the Health Care Worker profile or care services is inaccurate with respect to:

• Clinical skills and knowledge (e.g., unable to demonstrate home care services)
• Knowledge of Safe Work Practices
• Interpersonal Skills
• Work Performance/Helpfulness
• Punctuality
• Compatibility 
• Interaction with Care Seeker/Care Recipient/others
• Professionalism

You’ll be able to cancel current jobs 3 times in one year for these reasons—after that, you’ll have to contact us to make the cancellation.
