Can I ask Care Seekers to sign a contract?

If you require Care Seekers to sign a contract, you must disclose the actual contract terms to them prior to accepting a job. The simplest way to do this is to mention the contract in your profile’s description and include the terms in your message thread with the Care Seeker. WeBookCare can’t help enforce any special policies in your contract. If you ask a Care Seeker to sign a contract that they weren’t notified about before sending the job offer, they can decline to sign the contract and cancel the job instead.
