What happens if my Care Seeker cancels?

If a Care Seeker cancels (either before or during a job), they’re automatically refunded if the cancellation occurs more than 24 hours before that scheduled visit. To find your payout amount, go to My Earnings. If you’d like to offer a Care Seeker money back, learn how to send and receive money by contacting WeBookCare Customer Support. If your Care Seeker cancels the job, you will be notified right away.                                                 

Cancellation payouts

If you have helped before, and you're owed a payout, it will be released to you 48 hours after your Care Seeker’s scheduled start time. If you’ve never helped before and this is one of your first jobs, we may hold the payout for release until 30 days after the job was accepted. Find out more about payouts.

Care Seeker refunds

Care Seekers who cancel are automatically refunded if the cancellation occurred more than 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

Cancellations after first visit

If your Care Seeker cancels after you’ve already started:
