Why can’t I see a Care Seeker’s contact info?

For your safety and privacy, Care Seekers can’t call you before you accept a job. Learn more about why it’s good to keep communication and transactions on WeBookCare. Once you have an accepted job, you’ll find the Care Seeker’s phone number in their profile. At that point, you’ll have those additional ways of contacting them, along with sending them a message through the message thread and using the WeBookCare app to stay in touch. If you’ve already contacted the Care Seeker, you may want to give them a little time to respond as they may be unavailable at the moment.
