Time limit for responding
Because the job is already accepted, Care Seekers may need time to consider changes, there’s no time limit for responding to a cancellation request.

If you don’t hear back from Care Seekers and your request is important or urgent, you can call WeBookCare Customer Service to remind them to accept or decline the request.
