Create a Detailed Profile
The Care Recipient’s information allows you to provide vital care plan information to your Health Care Worker, like emergency contact information, tasks to be completed, and the Care Recipients’ diagnosis and habits. This is the best way to ensure that the Care Recipient is safe and cared for. Make sure you completely fill out the Care Recipients information to set up your Health Care Worker for success during their visit.
It’s always better to be more detailed. Getting specific helps your Health Care Workerr understand the Care Recipient’s care needs before and during their time together.
