How do I search Health Care Workers on WeBookCare?

Finding a Health Care Worker near you is easy with WeBookCare

• Go to the Search menu
• A list of Health Care Workers will appear for you to browse. To see a map view instead, choose the map view and zoom in or out on the map to see Health Care Workers close to the care location.

Once you message your favorite Health Care Workers, make sure you book a Meet & Greet. This allows you to get to know them in person and make sure they’re the right fit for you and the Care Recipient. Take a look at our list of questions to ask Health Care Workers and how to book a Meet & Greet. After a successful Meet & Greet, you can offer a job from your profile on WeBookCare. Once you send a job offer and the Health Care Worker has accepted,  your care services will start. 

How do I use search filters?

                                             Start with the basics

Once you've entered your schedule and run your basic search, the Map View will list the results based on searching in your care location. At the top of the list there is also a List View menu that allows you to view the results by Health Care Worker Profile.

                                             Additional Filters

You will see when searching there are a variety of refinement options, including dates you’re looking for care, times, experience, Badges and credentials you’re interested in.

Additional information

We recommend contacting two to three Health Care Workers when beginning your search. That way you’ll have lots of options when you’re ready to offer a job. To protect your privacy, we don't display your personal contact information until a job offer has been accepted. The general care location will be viewable to the Health Care Workers in the job posting. All WeBookCare services must be paid for on WeBookCare. This is outlined in our Terms of Use.  WeBookCare also gives you 24/7 support, direct communication with the Health Care Workers, clock in notifications, task tracking and a secure, convenient way to pay.
