What is an inquiry?

An inquiry is a message to a Health Care Worker asking about specifics such as their availability, care services, and credentials for a job. Care Seekers who send an inquiry are usually looking for more information before sending a job offer. 

To send an inquiry

• On the Health Care Worker’s profile, select Send Message
• Ask them about what you’re reaching out about.
• The Health Care Workers may suggest different dates, and times or ask you to send a job offer according to the available dates on their calendar.
