When you’re ready to get care services on WeBookCare, you can send a job offer to the Health Care Worker (make sure you have finished your job posting before you send your job offer). If you’re unsure about the care services or their availability, you can also send an inquiry to the Health Care Worker.
To send a job offer
- From the Search menu, select your favorite Health Care Worker
- Next, view the Health Care Worker’s profile, select Send Job Offer
- Confirm your job posting is correct before submitting your offer
- Your offer has now been sent to the Health Care Worker to accept or decline
Your Health Care Worker will have 24 hours to accept the job offer, send a message, or decline the job offer. If they decline the job offer, they are asked to send a different offer. Once they’ve accepted, the care service has been confirmed and you're all set to go. If the Health Care Worker declines the job offer or doesn’t respond within 24 hours, you can try sending a job offer to a different Health Care Worker or sending a different offer.
Why was my job offer declined?
A Health Care Worker may decline a job offer according to the following reasons:
If your job offer is declined but you still want to book with that Health Care Worker, send them a message to get the conversation going again:
- Navigate to your Inbox
- Navigate to the My Jobs menu
- Send your Health Care Worker a message. If they reply and want to accept your job offer, you can start the process again with the same request or a different offer
- Or go to your Calendar, locate the Pending Job Offer, and select Details
- Look over the job posting and send a message to the Health Care Worker with a different offer.
Ways to help a Health Care Worker to accept your job offer
There are a few ways a Care Seeker can send a job offer. The fastest way is for a Care Seeker to send a job offer to Health Care Workers WeBookCare recommends. If they can help during these dates, they will accept the offer within 24 hours to maintain their response rate. If a potential Care Seeker is having trouble, check to see if their dates are blocked. If a job offer is declined, you can send a message to the Health Care Worker asking them if you should send another job offer with different ones.
