What happens after a job offer is sent?

Health Care Workers have 24 hours to accept or decline a job offer before it expires. If you’d like to get alerts as soon as you have a confirmed job offer, try setting up Notifications.

Health Care Workers can accept, decline or make a different offer

Health Care Workers must respond within 24 hours to avoid impacting their response rate. If they accept, their calendar will be updated automatically. If they decline because dates on their calendar are no longer available, they can update their calendar to avoid receiving other offers for the same dates.

Expired job offers

You can send a message inviting the Health Care Worker to accept your job offer. Health Care Workers are asked to accept job offers within 24 hours using this messaging offer. Here are a few ways to help a Caregiver to accept your job offer even after a job offer expires:
