What happens if a Health Care Worker doesn’t respond to my job offer?

Job offers don't block Health Care Worker calendars until they accept the job offer. Keep in mind that job offers only give the Health Care Worker the option to accept, decline or make a different offer—just like you can send multiple Health Care Workers job offers or inquiries. Job offers expire after 24 hours. After 24 hours, the Care Seeker can still request to offer the job at the price offered in the initial job offer, but the Health Care Worker will have to approve it. You can also cancel a job offer at any time from My Jobs.
