How it works

When you send a job offer, you’re giving the Health Care Worker 24 hours to accept or decline the offer without requiring any further action from you. You should only send a job offer if you’re ready to start. If the Health Care Worker accepts your request within 24 hours, the job will be confirmed automatically.

Can I withdraw a job offer that’s been sent to a Caregiver?

Yes, if a Health Care Worker hasn’t already accepted the job offer and the Care Seeker’s situation has changed, you can cancel the offer.

What can I do if the Health Care Worker doesn’t respond to my job offer?

When a Care Seeker sends a job offer, they have 24 hours to accept or decline it. Send them an offer with different dates and times from the original booking if they don't accept.
