How much time does a Health Care Worker have to respond to my inquiry or job offer?

Health Care Workers are asked to respond to job offers, inquiries, and all other messages from Care Seekers within 24 hours.  Quick responses are one of the best ways to lock in an accepted job offer and taking more than 24 hours to respond impacts their response rate. Response rates can also impact their profile ranking in the search results. Quick responses build trust and rapport in our Caregiving community, making it easier for Care Seekers to find care services. Care Seekers who are currently receiving care services or are waiting for care services to start appreciate quick responses, too.
