How do I contact a Health Care Worker before offering a job?

If you want to find out more about a Health Care Worker Caregiver before sending a job offer, you can message the Health Care Worker on WeBookCare. Make sure to review the profile page, availability, care services, and work preferences to clarify anything you need from the Health Care Worker.

To message a Health Care Worker before making a job offer from your smartphone

1. Log in to your Care Seeker account and go to Search
2. Select your favorite Health Care Worker you want to contact
3. Next, tap on Send Message
4. Ask about specific job details, share the schedule and care services for your job with the Health Care Worker and ask them to update their Calendar.

To message a Health Care Worker before making a job offer from your desktop computer

1. Log in to your Care Seeker account and go to Search Health Care Workers
2. Select your favorite Health Care Worker you want to contact
3. Next, click on View Profile
4. Then, click on Send A Message
5. Ask about specific job details, share the schedule and care services for your job with the Health Care Worker and ask them to update their Calendar.

If you still want to contact your Health Care Worker, select the Send Message button.  For your safety and privacy, you can’t call Health Care Workers before your job offer is accepted. After your job offer has been accepted

If you have an accepted job offer, you can reach the Health Care Worker by going to Schedule, finding the job under Upcoming and contacting the Health Care Worker from there. 

After your job has ended

After a job, you can send a message to your Health Care Worker from your Inbox or by going to My Jobs and finding the job under Completed if you have anything you need to follow up with them about. If you have any issues that you need to resolve, we encourage you can work through payment issues with the Health Care Worker.
