What if a Health Care Worker asks for more money?

If you need to pay the Health Care Worker more money, you can send and receive money for things related to your visit. All pricing information is included when you view Health Care Worker rates using WeBookCare.  There are a few situations where you may need to send or receive money.

You may owe more money if:

• Your Health Care Worker requests reimbursement for travel expenses, incidentals or purchases made on behalf of the Care Recipient
• You booked a type of care service that charges additional fees. These charges must be detailed on the Health Care Worker profile page.

If a Health Care Worker asks you for more money than what you paid on the site and the extra charge wasn’t stated in the profile, in the price breakdown, or in the message thread, you can report the Health Care Worker in the app under that job. Never pay a Health Care Worker directly for these charges.
