How do I become a verified WeBookCare Health Care Worker?

To become a verified WeBookCare Health Care Worker, you can either upload a recent enhanced criminal record check that was completed within the last year or get one through our app using a third-party screening vendor. Here are the steps to follow:

If you have a recent enhanced criminal record check that is less than a year old:

1. Upload your enhanced criminal record check. You can do this by logging into the WeBookCare app, clicking on Complete Profile, and following the prompts to Upload File.   Your Care Coordinator will be notified to review the document and approve it or reject it. In the event of rejection, you will need to undergo a new enhanced criminal record check. Alternatively, we may seek additional information or clarification if any issues arise during the verification process.

Obtaining a new enhanced criminal record check in the WeBookCare app:

1. You can do this by logging into the WeBookCare app, clicking on Complete Profile, and following the prompts to Get Verified. 
2. You'll be asked to enter your payment for the enhanced criminal record check. Then select, Pay Now to get verified to accept jobs.
3. You'll then be directed to Cert'n. 
4. Enter Your Personal Information: Next, you will need to enter your personal information, including your name, date of birth, and address. You will also need to provide a government-issued ID, such as a driver's license or passport.
5. Provide Consent: You will need to provide your consent to undergo the criminal record check by reviewing and agreeing to Certn's terms and conditions.
6. Verify Your Identity: You will need to verify your identity by answering a series of security questions. Certn uses a third-party verification service to ensure the information you provide is accurate.
7. Wait for Results: After you have completed the enhanced criminal check, Certn will begin processing it. The processing time will depend on the jurisdiction and the type of check requested. Once the check is complete, you will receive an email notification with the results and a badge on your profile that you have been verified.
