How do I get paid?

Receiving payoutsIn order for you to receive funds, Stripe (or our platform) makes payouts to your bank account.

Payout availability depends on several factors such as the industry and country you’re operating in. When you start processing live payments from WeBookCare with Stripe, you won’t receive your first payout until 7–14 days after receiving your first successful booking, though in some cases it can take longer to receive your first payout. The first payout usually takes a little longer to establish the Stripe account. Processing subsequent payouts then happens according to your account’s payout schedule.

You can view a list of all of your payouts and the date that they are expected to be received in your bank account in the Stripe Dashboard.

Supported Bank Account Types

You can use a traditional bank account with a financial institution (e.g. checking) or other types of accounts (e.g. savings) or a virtual bank account (e.g. N26, Revolut, Wise, etc.) as your Stripe payout account. Whilst non-standard bank accounts are supported, you may see higher payout failures for these accounts.

Based on your bank’s location, Stripe may require varying types of account details to activate your bank account. You can use the following dropdown to determine what bank details are needed for each country.
