How do I change my payment method?

Bank account details can be updated directly from your Stripe Dashboard. If you have any trouble updating your bank account information, such as having forgotten your previous bank account information, contact Stripe Support.

To change your payment method from a desktop computer: 

1. Go to Profile, then Payments
2. Select, Update Bank Account Details, you'll be redirected to Stripe
3. Enter the 6-digit code sent to your mobile number
4. Once logged in to Stripe, you can view and edit information that Stripe needs to get you paid
5. Go to, Accounts in the top right hand corner of the screen
6. To edit your payment details, select Payout Details, you'll need your previous account number
7. Confirm your previous account number and select, 
8. From there you can enter your new payment details, including the institution, transit and account numbers
