How do I track my performance?

You can track your Health Care Worker performance and achievements on your Profile dashboard. This dashboard includes things like your earnings, profile ratings, and activity.

How it works

To find your Health Care Worker Performance:

• Go to your Profile dashboard
• Select My Earnings, Profile Ratings or My Activity menu to view your performance.

Using 5-star ratings to measure overall performance

We use 5-star ratings to measure overall performance, so you have an accurate, easily measurable data point to help you make strategic decisions. Learn more about ratings here. 

How do I read my performance data for earnings?

Performance data for earnings and income is available to review in the My Earnings menu. There are 2 sub-sections that will show you a number of different performance data points specific to your profiles. Here’s what each of those data points mean:

Earnings

Total gross revenue: Total gross revenue is the total amount of money that you’ve received from a job based on your clocking in and out records and timesheet. 

Upcoming job earnings: Upcoming job earnings is the total amount of money you will receive from upcoming jobs. You can review more earnings data in your Stripe Dashboard.
